Someone really does not know how to train their cat even if this photo was intentionally staged. Also, it's sitting on the meat!! WTF???????
It's unsanitary for the cat to be there is my point.

If I had a pet, I would never let it near my food. Again, there is a reason why pet food was created-- for pets to have them.

Yeah pet food was made for pets but some of “human” food is fine for them and usually better for them anyways realistically it’s since a decent number of dried food companies at the very least suck if you look at what they have and what they need, and are only acceptable because it’s less money and the pets don’t know better or have the capability to communicate that the food is garbage. So yeah it is made and intended for them but that doesn’t mean it’s the best choice for them (it’s like deciding a 100% McDonalds diet is what we should be eating always because it’s food for humans. It’s obviously not)
