I actually read it; but some chapters didn't make a lot of sense since some days passed from having read the previous one and a few times I had forgotten what had happened. So I need to refresh my memory so that the new story could make full sense.

Yeah it's probably best to read the chapters closer to each other.
Even when I write, if I don't write for a while, I find it hard to remember what I wrote, so I have to keep the momentum going.
