Update on my mom's surgery (1 Viewer)

So, last month (maybe the month before?), I told y'all my mom was having brain surgery on Dec. 11th. It wasn't nearly as intense as I thought it was going to be, they just put a shunt in her brain to drain the fluid that had accumulated in there (water on the brain). The surgery only took about an hour and went swimmingly, and she comes home tomorrow. The only downside is that she's bald now bc they had to shave her hair off, but oh well... it'll grow back! lol

thanks, y'all! Today is actually her birthday (71), so I'm a little bummed out for her that she has to spend the day in the hospital, but we're going to celebrate later this week.
