welllllllllll, today, the seller accepted my parents' offer - I'm officially moving! (my parents are buying for me it bc let's be real... almost 100 grand for a condo??? not in my budget lol) My parents want an inspection just to make sure everythging is what it seems, but I think after that, I can start packing!
