Hello everyone,
Events team is happy to announce our newest project: USER OF THE MONTH!
User of the month will be an ongoing project where we will recognize users for their great forum behavior. The user who is named the "User of the Month" will be awarded with a special golden banner underneath their username for the duration of the month!
The user who is awarded will be someone who follows the forum rules, is friendly and approachable, and is actively contributing to the forum (making quality threads etc.). Our hopes for this event is to not only encourage good behaviour but to also encourage activity.
The events team will be the one to make the final decision on the winner but you can trust that we will give everyone an equal chance and we will not be biased in our decisions. Not to mention, YOU all will also have the opportunity to suggest users you believe deserve the award.
The suggestion form is posted HERE. All you have to do is write down the name of the user and provide a reason for why you believe they deserve the award.
This is the official thread for this project. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask below or even message any one of the events team members if you prefer that. - The suggestion form will always be open. However after we announce the title holder of the month, it will be reset. Just a little note though, please don't spam suggest your friends. Some users seem to be confused but the title will not go to the user who is suggested the most. A user who was suggested only once but have a very good reason for being suggested will have a better chance than a user that was suggested 10 times with no good reason. In the end, the Events team will still discuss and we will make the final decision.
- We will announce the title winner every month on the same date. June's User of the Month was announced on the 5th of June and therefore the following ones will all be announced on the 5th of their respective months.
