Video shoutouts from your favorite Kpop idols? (1 Viewer)

I know a Korean friend who is trying to start a service related with Kpop entertainment.
It's about a platform which u can send a video message to your favorite idols and get personal likes and comments from the idol itself.
Fans can send video messages (cover dances, things they want to say to their favorite idols etc) directly to the idol, and idols will respond via likes or comments(if lucky, personal shoutout too!).
My friend thought this service can help more global Kpop fans have fan experience with K-pop idols directly.
Just wanted to hear opinions or thoughts about this service! and let me know if anyone is willing to use the platform!(heard it's fully functional now!)

Interesting idea, not realistic tho, with how hectic idols lives are I'm sure they already have stuff on their plate. Fancafes are also already a thing and I doubt they'd leave that since everyone uses it already.

Unless both the company and idol somehow got a profit from it so that a person pays something for like a month to get access to their idols periodically. Even in that situation, there would be so many people that would want to do this and instead of everyone getting their messages seen, no one would.

Just a single fandom would already be too much, imagine multifandom people and groups with a large following like BTS or BP. The site would explode .
I'd like to believe in the idea, but it's just not really doable unless you already have a major partner like a group or company.

I think it's cool and a great idea, but idols do have a lot of stuff to do....so what if they did like what they do when they react to their MV's? Like they could actually do it at the end of each week maybe? Idk, but i love the idea!~
