Whiny voices, especially if it's done purposefully to be "cute."
I also dislike that "I just woke up and have rocks in my throat" sound. Probably because I sat next to someone in senior sem who talked like that and he was extremely smart so he was talking all the time lol. He was a pretty cool dude, but I wanted to kick that frog out of his throat.
