Nope, you can't ignore any staff and staff cannot ignore any users. This is done so that staff are able to do their job properly. It's a set-in-stone rule that was made by the admins and has always been around.

KpopSource began as a small blog called ksource, created by a dedicated K-Pop fan known as @Sourcekeeper. Frustrated by the decline of welcoming, discussion-driven communities, she set out to build something different — a space where fans could talk, connect, and stay for the long term.
