my school covered it pretty well, yea. it was a little awkward tho because my class happened to be all girls by chance and a lot of my classmates had a crush on our male biology teacher so there would be a lot of giggling and stuff

Honestly, in my country, during my time, Sex Ed was honestly okay. I remember learning about AIDS and Sex in 4th Grade, thanks to my science teacher. But they didn't at all touched the topic of LGBTQ. Which was unfortunate. But I think now, for higher classes, there is a ray of hope now as there are topics and information about Trans people and Trans rights in our country and their history. Which I feel glad, curriculum is openly talking about it.

that's part of the issues on why education is so flawed. ignorant, -ist and -phobic teachers. while not all, it's still a massive flaw and only causes problems for the students

We should be more open and tolerant, hopefully this new generation of teachers will be able to challenge this
