never heard of anything of the sort, but what i do know is that 50 shades started off as a twilight fanfic... meyers may have been influenced by mcr, but afaik the idea came to her in a regular dream where she imagined a (sfw i think) scene between two people that would go on to become edward and bella.

Maybe I should make a 50 Shades of Grey fanfic, and then change it into an original series and it gets movie adaptations, and I get rich.
