I have not seen heavy snowfall in my area, yet, which I'm personally surprised and happy about since I hate the winter season.

But, I know there will be at least one day where we will get hit with it because it has been like that for years in general in the past.

worst is we missed school two weeks before for the same reason, but there was just no snow it's because these people have to depends on meteorological predictions for the day and make their decision before six am...

Yeah, they seem to close everything up if we get so much as 1cm on the roads. The good news about that is since I work for the municipal Government, if the schools close, we tend to close up too.
