I was looking at wisdom tooth meal options again because just soup is boring. The first source I saw said absolutely no ice cream and no blueberries. The second said ice cream and blueberries are great choices. Makes sense, I can have ice cream and blueberries but no ice cream and blueberries allowed

What’s wrong with blueberries in the first place? Like, I get the ice cream one cuz cold is maybe not the best choice, but blueberries? Maybe the little seeds?

Ice cream should be fine as long there are no pieces, nuts, or chunks inside it. Milkshakes also work too (just ask for a spoon instead of a straw).

Blueberries have the little seeds that can get stuck in the open wounds yeah. Ice cream is actually such a good choice because it’s cold (according to the second source), you want to have foods that are cold or cool. Hot is the temp you don’t want because it can increase rate of blood flow iirc, which can cause bleeding. The reason the first source said no to ice cream is because it’s sugary and fatty, but maybe they meant it’s not a good diet choice in general? Because some other foods they cited as good were also fatty. So I tend to believe the second place on the ice cream side

Yeah the first place said ice cream isn’t good because it’s sugary and fatty, so I’m thinking they just said that because it’s not good to eat ice cream for every meal rather than it being bad specifically for wisdom teeth
