“In the bowl of a stand mixer, whip the remaining heavy whipping cream until it holds stiff peaks.”

But also about the same step:
“Only combine the heavy whipping cream until you see soft peaks form. You do not want to continue beating this.”

Can’t really have both at once. So which is it recipe
