Let's hope that the other members who failed to get their contract terminated are able to acquire better lawyers if they want to continue to pursue terminating their contract.

Either way, I suspect LOONA will unofficially disband this year and BBC will debut their new girl group sometime this year to replace the lost revenue to substantially less hype due to their mismanagement of LOONA.
