But have you seen the reverse? Where it exists on mobile and pc but certain features are mobile accessible only?

The photo thing my family uses requires any uploading, sorting, ect be done on mobile. On pc it's impossible to do any of that. I only really realized recently that it's pretty unusual from my experience to have it be that way.

yea iirc you can only read webtoons on mobile. even though you could read them on desktop fine just a few years ago, now it's telling you to install the app
