I never thought I would be late to my appointment after there was a power outage at one of the stations (and it was the station I was supposed to get off at) while I was on the light rail

Good thing is there were those long bus shuttles outside next stop’s station (which is also the last stop). I called my doctor and told them I was going to be a little late. It was fine and i was on the shuttle getting to the station where i needed to go before walking the rest of the way to my location.

At least they had shuttles ready because i went through something like this and they had no shuttles available and I had take two buses to get to my appointment and I was over an hour late (I called to let them know about my situation and they are so reasonable and allowed me to keep that appointment without rescheduling them)

Good thing is that I treated myself to a large iced coffee after this ordeal because the weather is not too cold imo for one

And I was less than 15 minutes late, which was not bad and they where okay with me coming in a little late because I called ahead to let them know
