I was reminded of this and while it’s an overall mess two things are especially just wow.
So basically an idol from a group released a SoundCloud song that sounded very similar to another groups song without any credit (the group is disbanded). Firstly, there’s the matter of the producer, who apparently said “I don’t care I got my money” when confronted about it. Classy am I right?
Then the fans of the group got mad that one of the members of the disbanded group posted a video with a snippet of said plagiarized song so the fans of the idol who released the new song doubled down with “your group is a flop our idol promoted your flop group by recommending some of their songs occasionally so shut up and be thankful”. Classy pt 2 am I right?
Gotta love human behavior
