What a substitution chain (2 Viewers)

I was googling what peppers to substitute for other peppers (in case our grocery store doesn’t have them) and for common ones I got quite a chain. First, pepper b could be substituted for pepper a. Easy enough. Then pepper c could be substituted for pepper b which could be substituted for pepper a. And finally, pepper d could be substituted for pepper c which could be substituted for pepper b which could be substituted for pepper a. So on this chain they could all be replaced with a single pepper, though ofc when you’ve reached that many substitutions it probably is very very off from the original taste
