Awesome! I should warn you that they're on the more abrasive side, though.
For Vintersea, def check out "Crack of Light"! It's their most interesting song sonically.
For Xiu Xiu, "I Love the Valley OH!" (acoustic song), "Sad Redux-O-Grapher" (this is the softest one), or "The Leash" (my fav) are what I recommend

The thing is that I know for a fact I've heard the first three albums, so it doesn't narrow it down much, plus we're talking about like 15 years ago or something.

I'll probably listen to all of them tomorrow. Maybe they won't sound as strange in 2024 lollol.
