Depending on the language.

Germany comes up as one for me. There’s their name for themselves (Deutschland), the one used in English and some other languages (Germany/variations), the primarily Slavic name (based on the word nemtz), and the one based on the Aleimanni tribe (ex. Aleimania in Spanish). There’s also dogil, which is the name of Germany in South Korea. And I’m sure there’s more, I just only happen to know about those variations.

i cant think of any cause i dont know what other countries are called
but i do know finland is complete opposite and i am pretty sure what finland is called is based on "finland" in pretty much all languages except in finnish, lithuanian and latvian where its based on suomi
