A different environment can help. If you have a specific location that you go to often to study, it can eventually cause your brain to associate that area with studying and that can actually help you focus when you’re in that area. Removing distractions ofc (silencing phones and not having them in reach, not having lots of distracting noises, etc). Setting goals and having breaks at consistent times can help too, though not so often that you come back distracted or stuff like that. These are all things that theoretically from a science perspective, though that doesn’t mean they work for anyone and everyone ofc.

well, for me, I usually do side quests because I can't focus... ( so before you start, take a walk or something to get your jitters out before you get serious and lock in ) but have a glass of cold water, that usually helps me reel it in
also have all the materials u need so u aren't going to get something every five seconds Also, don't get too cozy because then you might wanna fall asleep and that won't be too good if you wanna keep studying if those don't work, I agree with @Ahsoka a new environment could help !!!

Discipline. It might not be the answer you want but for me it's important to remind myself that sometimes there are no shortcuts and you just got to get grinding and accept being uncomfortable. Sometimes just accepting that something is hard or that I'm struggling helps me focus since it feels almost like a challenge against myself.

Usually find a quiet place, try not to think about anything else other than the goals you're trying to accomplish (study-wise) and sometimes I like to listen to ASMR on Spotify it helps to relax my brain (I rec. Joyceful Tingles if you're interested)

I also just like to remind myself that everything has to get done eventually so if I don't do it now, I have to deal with it later.

people say music but not every kind works

I prefer songs I already know so new ones dont catch my attention or I also really like this vid, its the only one i use in terms of instrumental stuff cuz its long and I never remember where's what, its also good at getting me calmed and putting me into the study mood


and if you want smth that feels less 'boring', try orchestra music, it can be really great and feels like living in a story book, it has way more character to it
