that your favs have between each other?

for me:
ningning & gaochong: born in the same hometown around a month apart, they went to the same middle school and are still friends (mandatory whiplash (she's the one in purple) cover drop)

kiki & pinky: born in the same hometown, both went to shanghai to further their performing arts education but I think they only connected later in their careers, have gone on trips back to taizhou (and got lost) together in the past

kazuha & arisa: both attended the same high school prior to their acceptance to their respective schools, would've been in the same grade if my math is mathing

survival shows have make the kpop world so much smaller than it already was, so a bunch of my faves have definitely crossed paths on some show or the other. most hilarious would be vanner yeonggwang's 30s screentime and near instant elimination on wild idol, the show which also happened to have zb1's gunwook.

those aside: finding out that a lot of my kpop faves have learnt dance from the sw/mf dancers i've come to admire has been quite nice. like honey j (holybang) with wjsn members (specifically seola exy and eunseo if i'm not mistaken) predebut, back when they were convinced they were gonna do girl crush haha. then you have howl (just jerk on smf, he's now in a crew called i'am) being hui's teacher, a genuine surprise, and ngl a real testament to the fact that hui's just so open and willing to learn from and befriend people younger than him (howl's 6 yrs younger than hui and a year younger than wooseok). speaking of pentagon, simeez has taught kino. most unexpected however would prob be finding out evnne's hanbin has taken waacking classes from yoonji herself. like that's lowkey crazy. i'm sure there's tons more sw/mf x idol stuff (given that a large part of kpop is well,,, the dance. and also that most of the sw/mf participants aren't really from the street scene but are strictly choreo dancers) but yeah this is what i could think of

another unexpected connection i just thought of is exy and saerom going to the same uni, exy would be a batch senior though (she's a 95er, saerom is a 97er but went to school with 96ers).
