I´d say people think I´m arrogant while I have a really low self-esteem, but maybe even that low self-esteem is too high for them? :D
But I suppose it is because of my face. Big nose, tight lips ? It might make people imagine someone prissy and strict? I dunno.

people usually assume that i'm immature or a literal child people censor themselves around me and treat me like i'm not mature enough to be in adult discussions. it's really annoying, because i'm actually 20 and am not as fragile as people think i am.

It's pretty much the same as you have written : people often said I'm arrogant but my self esteem is clearly very low... sometimes, people assume I'm a
bookworm because I know a lot of things about a lot of differents subject (maybe just because I'm a curious and open-minded person with a good memory? xD), but the truth is : I don't read that much. I wachted more films than I read books in my entire life. But anyway, I don't care about what they are thinking about me. I don't have time to lose with them.
