Nightmares. Of course they're not my favorite dreams while they happen, but often they are my most memorable and impressive dreams. And they confronted me with repressed feelings in the past. My therapist even advised me to work with my nightmares. Nightmares were the reason why I started a dream diary and why I learned to lucid dream. Nightmares (out of the blue, not the ones you have after watching a horror movie) can be your friend because they might tell you that something's wrong in your life.

I'll give you a summary of my dream from last night get your seat belts on cause' this is one of the craziest thing you'll ever read
So it starts with the sun rising, I get up from my bed and it's suddenly night again After that I try to go outside my house but I can't because it's surrounded by crocodiles but magically a croc proof boat appeared out of nowhere I boarded it after what seemed like an eternity the boat stopped at a random island I get off there. It has big mountains and all I start climbing and wooho ! At the top is a water slide CAN YOU IMAGINE ?! HOW HAPPY DREAM ME WAS ?!!
As I slid down the water slide I end up in resort called "Island Water Mystery" shocking right ?
