Can be good or bad.

I bite my nails and change forum aesthetics a lot, my record is four times in one day I believe.

i used to bite my nails but now I peel at my lips. I also like to scratch my forearms and I like to count sheep when I'm bored

squeaking/squealing when I'm excited. lol It's actually a tic I've had since I was seven, and at one point it got so severe that I had to be medicated for it.

I also enjoy drinking tea or hot honey water at night and floss every time after brushing my teeth

I have a constant need to be fiddling with something, I carry different kinds of fidget toys with me or just something like a hairband since I get anxious without it.

I am also bad at time management in a sense that I never guess it right how much time a certain activity is gonna take
