What book do you usually pick up at library (1 Viewer)

I actually have love and hate relationship with libraries. I love going to them but I hate seeing the sheer amount of interesting books that I know I will never end up reading. Each time I have to go pick a book, I anticipate-dread it. It's like the sight of those thick books with a French surname plastered on the sides instantly send histamines throughout my body which makes me want to devour the book but I know time is not as willing.

I end up reading random encyclopedia, usually. I'm naturally more inclined towards fiction but sometimes like I prefer random thick books that talk about obscure mechanism of obscure flood prevention device like I don't know. It's just fun to read, they are beyond my comprehension but they're fun, I like spending time with these types.

I usually always go for crime ones - like Patricia Cornwell and James Patterson

they're the only books i get.
