For me, it's when I go in and I have a trainee.
Now it's not because I hate having new people at work.
I actually love when our workforce gets bigger as it makes shifts easier.
But I'm a fast person, who loves to get things done fast and quickly.
I also speed walk-it's just something I NATURALLY do so I hate having to slow my roll
because I'm supposed to keep my trainee nearby-also I'm a sup.
So I can't help the other sup when I have my hands full with a trainee.

Oh, I would also probably say when someone has called off and as a result, we are short-staffed but yeah.

Last in person job I had was before Covid, but I could normally tell if it would be bad judging on the number of people who showed up. Or what crowds were there that night.

When you work in networking, you arrive at work, and there are two or more people standing around your cubicle. The first thing you hear is "oh good you're here".

The next thing I have to say is "what's broken".

I will say that since this was posted I have a different job. Now anytime the emergency line goes off once I know we'll probably be getting more emergency calls during the day which will mean everyone will be pulled in fifty directions.
