Honestly if both artists to seem genuinely interested in each other and their craft, then it makes for a good collab. Sometimes you can tell when one is using another for fame.​

Tbh I think it’s hard to find a case where one artist is using another for fame and the other isn’t. After all, if it wasn’t a two way thing the second artist would have no reason to collab with the first artist.

Aside from that I don’t have any differentiations of bad and good that don’t also apply to non collabs. If the song sucks then the song sucks and if the song is good then the song is good, there’s nothing special with collabs that changes that for me
