Some that come to mind are baklava (maybe more so tedious than long), Puchero de tres carnes (a stew with 3 types of meat and a bunch of veggies, so it takes time), and cevapi (a type of Balkan sausage, you need to make the sausage itself, Ajvar sauce/red pepper sauce, lepinja/balkan flatbread, and prepare some veggies). But they’re all delicious

Very time consuming
First you need to boil water, then cook the noodles, add the seasoning packet, and then some gochujang (for some spice). It's very hard work
