Is there a school canteen? If you have a sore throat, ask there if you could have a glass of hot water and some salt. Gargling with salt water should help.

Edit: hot - more than lukewarm. Not too hot to drink ofc.

If there's a school nurse, you should visit her. At the very latest when you get a fever (38 degrees or higher), you should stay at home and go to a doctor if you feel worse.
