When you're down, feeling lonely, etc. How do you help yourself feel better? How do you distract yourself?


Lately I kind of just bury myself in work or video games...



Been feeling like I'm all alone lately with no real close friends lol, it starts to eat at you.

Ugh... it depends. If I can, I go out with the girls, quite relaxing to drink a glass of wine while talking. If I can't, a chat is still fine, it helps me to talk about what bothers me... By myself, I usually listen to music and exercise, it gives me an energy boost. And lastly, if I can, I work against the reasons that make me sad...
