Since some of us (myself included) are talking about food today... what do y'all typically eat in a day?

For breakfast, I usually eat either: grits with cheese, toaster strudel, a blueberry muffin, or if I'm feeling fancy, bacon and eggs.
Lunch: usually a sandwich or a snack of crackers and cheese
Dinner: whatever I have in the apartment lol sometimes I'll even have breakfast for dinner.

breakfast: glass of water, glass of milk, 2 slices of bread, a fruit, a hard boiled egg, some veggie of some sort
lunch: sandwich, pasta, dumplings or other similar food
snack: anything at this point, depends on my mood
dinner: rice, ~3 dishes, one vegetarian, one meat, one whatever is in the house

Breakfast: Cereal or breakfast burrito
Lunch: Sandwich, chips, orange
Dinner: Whatever I or someone else cooks

There's no set meal. I just eat what I want when I want tbh.
Meals mostly consist of:

Breakfast: Bread, Cornflakes; Pancakes; Fruits
Lunch: Rice; Dumplings; Parathas
Dinner: Soups
Snacks: trail mix, fritters, tots, corn salad etc

Breakfast: protein oats with whatever I feel like, but usually banana, dark chocolate, nut butter and greek yogurt
Snack: coffee with milk
Lunch: Depends. Pasta, noodles, rice with meat, potatoes with meat...
Snack 2: A protein bar
Dinner: Sandwich and tomatoes
