What do you like to put in dumpling sauce? (1 Viewer)

Like if you make it homemade, not from the package.

I like to add soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, mirin, ground ginger, ground garlic, sesame oil, chili sesame oil, and sometimes water (depending on how strong it is).

Usually dumplings. I guess you could dip fries in it too.

I'm unique in that I never have anything with my dumplings I just eat them with sauce but if I had to for example make it for my wife
