I think it's fine? It's a little strange if they aren't at least asian, but as long as they're singing in mostly Korean, I don't mind.

I agree with that! I'm pretty sure there's a kpop group with british members but I'm not sure, I found that kind of weird but whatever

It doesn't matter to me, they are still singing in Korean, it's not like they are singing in their native language in other words i don't really care

actually a lot of my favourite Kpop idols aren't Korean (Sorn, Minnie, Mina, Momo, Bambam, Yuki, Lisa...)

They don't really interest me as I tend to prefer the more Korean style of Kpop versus the International style side

I don't mind them. The k in kpop stands for korean but I interpret that as referring to the language and not the people. There are a lot of idols who were born as korean but they're still considered to be kpop idols because they can sing/rap/speak in korean. As long as they're respectful and are able to communicate in korean effectively, I don't have a problem with them.

lol but seriously, idrc, as long as they're not mocking Asian culture. Hell, they can be Korean-fluent, full-blood American, for all I care! lol

I don't mind as long as they can actually speak Korean and have gone through the normal debuting/trainee process.
My ult bias is Japanese I mean

When I see non-Korean idols in kpop, that tells me that you'd don't have to be Korean ( or Asian ) to be in a kpop group just as long you can speak the language and you are talented.
