it depends on the person. it's not like everyone who doesn't listen to k-pop is like "eww what the hell is this" each time they see a k-pop idol. of course some of them are, but i believe most of the time they're just neutral. at least this is how i was before i got into k-pop in 2016.

Some are rude/racist/narrow minded, others are more relaxed and neutral. But honestly, for my sisters who used to be prejudiced against Kpop, I think I've had a lot of influence on how they react to it now haha~ When they see a Kpop idol, they either compliment their skin/looks or think their style is nice. Blackpink is a great example, but the Blackpink girls are pretty and considered popular here, so maybe that's why they approve.
