What do you think of the concept to keep changing a groups leader? (1 Viewer)

To me it's kinda strange if groups keep changing the leader or have this position on rotation in my mind it diminishes the position if it's just getting swapped around

I also do not know many groups that do it, but it seems there are quite a few

tbh I have no idea if the groups that do change them have it planned formt he beginning or there are other reaons for the changes
