What do you think people pretend to like when they really don't?

Today, I had a talk about massage. People here love to go for a massage for self care, especially office workers cuz we sit all day and our back hurts. But a bad massage (e.g. not strong enough, just carassing) is disappointing. Yet, we are always polite and never say if it’s bad.

like if i make a food which is half raw and is loaded with onions, i wont mind if you say "its still raw" UNLESS i tried my very best to make it
