To refresh me on math/stats concepts (and to quiz it deeper if something doesn't make sense to me). I like that I can keep asking it why, rather than just getting an answer or a formula, or the dreaded thing you see in math textbooks: "So it OBVIOUSLY follows that..."

Also some programming stuff.
It's actually very good at taking the tedium of doing mundane programming things like creating data structures or array mays/associative arrays. Like, I can just say, like, "Here is a table of received values, and here's a table of values in my database, I want you to create an associative array that maps one to the other". And it'll figure it out by itself, which values in one are supposed to map to the other.
