You wake up and realize you don’t want to be around anyone and you just feel like crying for no reason? Today is one of those days, it took me forever to get out of bed and now I’m all shaky, my heart is going super fast and I just feel like I’m about to crack… Monday’s are my busiest days so I can’t just stay in bed all day to help myself relax. Idk what to do… ​
