My parents have always said they want me to end up with someone who respects me and loves me for who I am​

my mum has high hopes for me :") so does my dad, they want me to be with someone who respects me, loves me for who I am, is supportive, is kind, warm, good personality, a provider, good morals and values, they always tell me never to rush and that being married to the wrong person is a worse fate than being single lmao, also that I can stay with them until I find the right person for me c:

They want me to marry someone the same religion as me (I'm kind of questioning it though so it's complicated) and all the things like someone who likes me for me. The only thing I really hate is that my parents want me to marry a white man. I'm not saying that I won't, I just don't like being restricted. They never said for me to only date white men, but my mom has said before "Don't marry a black man". In my opinion, I couldn't care less about someone's race. Does appearance matter? Maybe, in certain features but not race.
