I never tried poutine, but it looks like an interesting combo with mustard.

I think a lot of it is cultural that it's very much ingrained into me that intestines are food and quite nice lol
whereas to some other people they might be repulsed by such

It's somehow an invention of mine based on other recipes I have seen. I sloooooooowly pour the coffee into the eggs while whisking them constantly to avoid having them scrambled. That'd be unpleasant.
