A sospiopath is someone who lack empathy, they can be mean and abusive, there are a lot of them among us.
What if Irene was actually a sociopath!! because she seemed so even SM trainees were scared of her. Should we be blaming her then!! It's out of her control, she just was born that way and how can you help her? Any Thoughts?

The title says what if, not that she actually is...
I don't have a proof but it's a possibility. What she has done is not something a normal person would do, abusing a worker and shouting at them for 20 minutes straight.
