Food or touching… its a sensory nightmare

Anything rough or dry makes me uncomfortable

Any slimy food like clams or hard shelled seafood (excluding lobster/similar) or rubbery seafood like squid or octopus(unless deep fried in batter till rubberiness is gone), my mouth/tongue can't stand/bear 'em. If I tried to swallow I'd throw up-but many yrs since I thought of trying.
