The amount of random people i see having traditional tattoos disappoint me.

To me it's when someone takes or uses ones culture for their own benefits or claim it as theirs.

different people have different interpretations as to what is or what is not cultural appropriation

regardless of whether someone is CA something or isn't certain kpop fans will use that to their advantage to attack other groups or defend their own

who is to say who's right and wrong? there's usually never a definitive answer of yeap that's obviously CA and or nah that's just appreciation or even something else

how do we differentiate legitimate cases of CA vs certain fans using something to attack another group?

what if to one person it is CA but to another it's not
does it matter who the perceived "victim" is in relation to the culture in question? that is should only the people within that culture be able to have an opinion as to it's appropriation?

It depends of the attitude around that cultural thing they take too. If it is done respectfully then it is okay
