What is everyone watching this season? (1 Viewer)

I know there's a similar thread pinned that could do with updating but I don't wanna take it over since i'm probs only gonna do it just this once 😳

I originally wasn't actually going to watch anything new this season except carrying on MHA from last season but a lot of the Jujutsu Kaisen and MHA twitters and tumblrs I follow started posting a lot about Vanitas no Karte (or just Vanitas for short) and I liked the character designs so I decided to start it before mha and jjk twt spoiled me on it. I saw one of the threads about it on My Anime List was asking if it's a BL probs because it's about vampires and the 2 main characters are men but never fear for anyone who isn't into BL, it actually doesn't have any romantic hints between the MCs not even just to bait, the only bait is just that there's 2 pretty guys and vampires tbh. It has the potential to appeal to a wide predominantly female audience similar to Black Butler but from the first 2 episodes I think they're doing a good job at keeping it more neutral rather than streamlined to a female audience so if there are any guys who were curious about the show but were unsure about the 2 pretty boy characters in a vampire anime I say do not fear!

I also really like the vibes of the OP and ED, the first 2 eps have been quite light hearted so far but it has potential to drop the fun and games for a darker tone and the OP and ED lend a hand to giving it that slightly more potential-to-be-serious tone

I also have Shiroi Suna no Aquatope on my watchlist but i'm not sure whether i'm going to keep up with it while it's airing or watch it when it's finished yet, if anyone else is currently watching it let me know your thoughts on it~

The first episode is pretty good. The visuals are really amazing, as for the story pacing - I think it's going to be a slow build up to all the drama etc.
