Something that you learned just recently that was eye-opening or rewarding and you wish you knew about it earlier?

or perhaps that would have impacted your life in a better way or shaped the present differently had you knew about it all along.

For me I wish I hadn't cared as much about other people judgement or being afraid to be myself even if it means to stand out or be 'weird', it's still a work in progress but I'm starting to feel more confident in my skin. Also, to take care of my health more but that realization probably comes with age because I only now feel the difference.

Technically my native language but I no longer live in the country where they speak it so I don’t get a lot of practice with it.

ohh, you wish you practiced it more? there are many language exchange apps and sites that you can use now to meet native speakers from all over the world online so it's way easier than it used to be. Some apps that I have used myself in the past to practice the languages I've been learning were HelloTalk and Tandem, there's also servers like that on Discord.

Yeah, I was supposed to read and stuff as a kid and I always complained about it and didn’t want to do it. Now I speak it with my parents, but those apps are a good idea too. I should look into that, as well as do some grammar practice
