I live by this and one of my purpose is to spread self love by reminding people they are indeed hot and fabulous

Also one that has stuck to me is about mental health and it is "recovery is not waiting for the rain to stop its dancing in the rain" so you shouldnt plan everything you are going to do after your mental health has been cured but that you do what you want to do and what makes you happy despite the rain. It really made sense to me and i am now trying to live by that

As a gal with no filter, my best advice was "think before you post something you're afraid is offensive/insensitive/rude" from my therapist. I've gotten in trouble more times than I can count on both hands and both feet for coming off that way when I didn't mean to, so now I'm extra-cautious about making sensitive posts.
