What is the garbage/recycling pickup schedule where you live? (1 Viewer)

Alternating Wednesdays. One week is plastics, garbage and compost. The next week is cardboard and compost. Then it repeats.​

I always assumed everyone had a pickup schedule, this is new to me. How do you know when to bring the garbage out to the curb?

like most people in my area, i live in an apartment building so instead of bringing garbage to the curb we have those things near like every building to just throw the trash bags here and then go back home while it waits to be picked up (behind the gates there are trash cans too so idk why the ones outside are so packed but then i guess my hometown isn't that into recycling)

We don't have a garbage or recycling truck that comes. We bring it to the place ourselves

Sunday to Thursday is regular trash and Wednesdays is usually recycling

Also this is the first time I am living with a pickup schedule
