If someone is unwilling to help someone who is struggling & gets annoyed at them for not already knowing how to do something.

Only two people have actually made me almost cry in public before & it was those situations both times.

The first time was during a surveying class and we were told to just go out and use the equipment without being instructed how to use it & my partner missed the first two weeks of class (visa issue idk much else) & I just could not figure out how to properly use the equipment. My teacher just decided to berate us that we were falling behind & get frustrated that we couldn't understand what we were meant to do without explaining. The class was around 2 1/2 hours, so once it was done I reported him to the school because I have never been treated like that by a teacher in my entire life.

The second time was about two weeks from this while I was working at KFC & it was my first time training while working at the packing station. The person nominated to train me did not trust me to manage my portion of the station (I was putting the chicken into the boxes) & skipped over me 2/3rd of the time, so I kept getting confused as to which order we were on because our location was very busy. She then preceded to yell at me for not understanding what I was meant to do & said "Bestie, I love you but you're really fucking pissing me off". Do not call me bestie/buddy/etc. while talking down to me, I will fucking lose it. This behaviour and similar things continued for about 30 more minutes before the manager put her on break & replaced her for the rest of the night lol. Guess what? our speed improved I'm glad she got replaced because I nearly just straight up said "Sorry, I'm not being spoken to this way & I don't need money this badly to be treated like this by anyone I'm working with. I'm not coming back." before just walking out, but I didn't. I did end up quitting about 2 weeks before I decided to move away from Australia though after a grand total of 1 month working
