Mine is anger.
Without fail i feel like that almost ALWAYS is my first reaction to anything.
It's not a good thing at all.
But it's probably the emotion I feel the most.

this is going to sound corny but i've reached the point where i try to have a positive approach to most things and just laugh off most inconveniences, it's been some time since i can say that i have felt genuine sadness which actually impacted me

Err maybe indifference? Does that count as a emotion...
Its like I can understand an emotional stiuation why its happened, how, etc but my response just 'okay then' Almost a sense of nothingness but it's comfortable and relaxed.
